About us

 Local Tourist Board of Córdoba is a public entity and municipal level created by the City of Cordoba by the Confederation of Employers of Córdoba (CECO), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Cordoba and the Cordoba Convention Bureau Association. Its constitution was published in the Official Gazette of the Andalusian (BOJA) dated April 2, 2002, and has as main objective the promotion and development of tourism in the city of Cordoba, with its main functions:

-To promote activities aimed at increasing tourist demand.

-Promote the active presence of Cordoba in the tourism market, ensuring the coordination of stakeholders in tourism development.

-Enhance the quality improvement of tourism in Cordoba.

-Encourage and promote the holding of conventions, meetings and similar activities, national and international, in the city of Cordoba.

-Collaborate with other public or private entities in the promotion of Cordoba. -Study and analyze the tourism situation in the city and provide the sector with the information gathered.

-Manage facilities and equipment of interest or concern to the city. -To promote, manage and market products and services of interest.

To coordinate its activities with the municipal areas and relevant to the business carried out by the Consortium.

In his vocation of coordination, the Consortium is a member or participates in System of Quality Tourist Destination (SICTED).
